Access Internet Newsletter
Volume 1: July 1999

Welcome to the first issue of AIC's Newsletter

It's nice when your suggestions don't fall on deaf ears. You were good enough to provide us with suggestions on our survey; we in turn have come up with solutions to meet your needs. Based on your survey feedback to us, Access Internet Communications will be providing an array of new services. These new services are a direct result of what our customers said they need in services.

Our evaluation process does not end here. We continue to welcome feedback from you, as we have done in the past, but also will survey you on a regular basis to ensure that we are offering what you need and want from your ISP. And, in order to make the process easier we have created a new email address for your ideas and input. You will find Suggestions on our Contact Us page. We hope you enjoy this issue and we we look forward to hearing your comments.
