Add Access Internet to the Phonebook

Double click My Computer
Double click Dial-Up Networking

If this is the first time you are running Dial-Up Networking's Phone Book
You will be presented with a dialog box stating: The phonebook is empty, click OK

If this isn't the first time you are running Dial-Up Networking's Phone Book
You will be presented with the Phone Book, click New

In the Name the new phone book entry enter Access Internet

Click Next
Under Check all the apply

Check I am calling the Internet.

Check Send my plain text password if that's the only way to connect.

Uncheck The non-Windows NT server I am calling expects me to type
login information after connecting, or to know TCP/IP addresses before dialing.
Click Next
In the Phone number field enter a local Access Internet POP number.
If you need to find a local number to Access Internet,
Click Here
Click Next
Click Finish
