Everyone received the enclosed email last week telling you about our planned upgrade of phone service. There has been an unforeseen change in dates...the switch of dial-in phone numbers will now take place on Tuesday, June 30, 1998 at 4:00 AM, with the estimated completion in 2-4 hours. You will not be able to dial-in to Access Internet until the upgrade is completed.
I also want to assure every dial-in customer that there is at least one local number available to them. The cities listed with the new phone numbers are for general location only. Please check our search engine <http://www.accesscom.com/system/pops.html> or contact your local phone company to verify which number or numbers are local to you.
