<P>Nomer, This is the first report of this. We had heard that old KFlex non-upgradable modems would not connect giving the same result you see. Maybe we are responding to quickly with the host: prompt before your modem has settled down. We will discuss this at Access tomorrow morning and call USR support to see what they have to say.
