All we ask is, if you're looking for assistance, please provide enough information to allow us or others to assist you. Don't just post, "It's not working!" Include in your message not only an exact description of the problem you're having, but also the settings of your configuration variables, the type of server on which you're running if not on ours, and anything else which you think might be relevant. This site will likely address more current issues than our FAQ.
